1. Who am I?
I am a certified spiritual director and spiritual coach with a Masters in Teaching. I am a trained contemplation leader, musician, yoga instructor and former therapeutic massage therapist. I have worked in many non-profit organizations involving business development, arts and music education.
2. How do I collect information from you?
I obtain information from you when you contact me via the contact form to request more information. You expressly consent to share this information with me when you use the form, by checking the appropriate consent checkbox.
3. What information is collected and how is it used?
Your name, email address, and phone number is collected so that I may communicate with you and provide the assistance that you requested via the site’s contact form. Below is information about what I collect and how it is used.
3.0 Sensitive Data
I do not gather sensitive personal data (e.g. health, genetic, biometric data; racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, sexual orientation, and criminal convictions). I expressly request that you do not provide any such sensitive data to me.
3.1. Children’s information
My services are not directed to children under 14. If you learn that a child under 14 has provided personal information without consent, please contact me.
3.2. Third Parties
I will not sell or rent your information to third parties, nor will I share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. I may use third-party services to help me fulfill my contractual obligations. When I do, I have verified that these third-party services are GDPR compliant (or are working towards GDPR compliance), and are certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework (or are working towards certification) where these organizations are based outside of the EU.

The following points outline the personal data we collect and for what purpose.
Contact form requests collect the User’s full name, email address and phone number to allow initial and ongoing contact with site visitors. The data is held within the WordPress database, hosted with Siteground. If you want to delete your personal information, please email me at jamie@soulisticcoach.com.
We use Google Analytics to analyze user behavior, which content they are liking the most, website performance, etc. so that we can further improve our business.
4. Controlling your information.
You have certain rights concerning the information we hold about you, as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact me via email jamie@soulisticcoach.com, including your email address in the first instance (this is the unique identifier we use to identify and collate personal information).
4.0. Requesting a copy of your information
You may request a copy of any data we hold about you. Upon request, we will provide a CSV file (which you may open in a program such as Microsoft Excel) containing the personal data we have on record about you.
4.1. Updating or correcting your information
The accuracy of your information is important to me. If your email, phone or other information I hold changes, please contact me so I may correct your records.
4.2. Deleting your information
You have the right to request the erasure of your personal information. Unless there is a compelling reason for the data not to be erased (for example, if I need to use that data to fulfill my contractual or legal obligations), your personal data will be deleted on request.

I do not use any personal information for automated decision making or profiling; your data is not subject to automated decision making or profiling.
